Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered. -
Exchanges:
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g., an incorrect item, quality concerns, or damage during delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or exchange for the affected item(s).
- Exchanges are subject to availability and must match the original order value.
