The Custom Order Process
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
Complete the custom order form with your event date, guest count, flavor preferences, design inspiration, and any special details.
Step 2: Design & Quote
You will receive a personalized response within 24–48 hours to confirm availability, discuss details, and provide pricing.
Step 3: Secure Your Date
Once details are finalized, a deposit is required to confirm your order and reserve your event date.
