My love for baking began in the kitchen with my mom, where we spent countless hours creating sweet treats and even sweeter memories. Those moments sparked a passion that has only grown stronger over time. Baking has always been more than just a hobby for me — it’s a way to bring people together and celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M, but my heart continually led me back to the kitchen. That’s why I made the decision to further pursue my passion by studying Baking & Pastry Arts. Through both experience and education, I’ve learned the importance of quality ingredients, thoughtful design, and attention to every detail.

At Elle’s Delights, each cake and dessert is handcrafted with care, creativity, and intention. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, birthday, shower, or milestone, my goal is to create something that not only looks beautiful, but feels personal and memorable.
