Hi, I’m Ellysa!

My love for baking started at a young age in the kitchen with my mom, where we spent countless hours creating sweet memories and delicious treats. Baking has always been a special part of my life, and it’s a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. Even now, it’s still a hobby we try to enjoy together whenever we can as well as other hobbies, making it all the more meaningful. I’m excited to share that love with you through my creations, crafted with the same warmth and care that started in our family kitchen.

I went to Texas A&M, where I earned my bachelor’s degree, but my heart has always belonged to baking. That’s why I’m excited to be going back to school to pursue a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. My journey has taught me the importance of using quality ingredients, perfecting every detail, and bringing a little bit of love into each recipe.
